WebOur Befriending Service is only funded to support people living in Stirlingshire, Scotland. Our volunteer befrienders are locally recruited and offer their free time to the befriending service. They must be 18 years or over and fulfill all of the requirements outlined in our bespoke volunteer recruitment and training program.
WebOur Befriending service provides care experienced young people the opportunity to meet with volunteers to gain support and guidance, so that they can start living more independently. Our young people are aged 16-25 and are either in the process of leaving care or have recently left care services with Nottingham City Council.
