It can be used to meet the energy need for cooking and baking in individual households as well as in small businesses (e.g. restaurants and bakeries) or in communal facilities. [1] WebAn “anaerobic digester” is basically a mechanical stomach. It is a machine used to intentionally replicate this process and capture the biogas produced by the anaerobic bacteria as a byproduct of digestion. Anaerobic digesters are also called “biodigesters” to retain the reference to a bio logical digestion process with fewer words.
