WebI've been locumming on my Trust's bank for two years, and had an appraisal last Summer. This year I am due to start GP training in August. The Trust has asked me to do an appraisal, but I'm not really clear why they want this? I was under the impression that if you're in training you don't need to have one. Any advice would be appreciated!
