It has a fast and decent moveset iirc. Btw you have to kill Lucatiel to get the sword early (you kill her and then buy the sword from Merchant Hag Melentia). WebQuality isn't restricted to just weapons that have scaling in dex and str, you can also use weapons that are pure dex our pure str. The only weapons you wont have accesss too are str weapons with stupid high str requirements like the smelter hammer (or even dragon tooth depending on where you stop and whether you want to be able to 1h or not).
